Working on words

As some may know we have had speech problems with my middle son at 15mths all he would say was mama, dada, and uhh and point for something as with any parent this scared us. Since time has gone on and progress was made at his 2 yr old appt he was almost to a 2 yr old level in speech but still holding off speech therepy I went the route of working with him more.

I am kind of schooling them everyday, we have class in the mornings. Read a story, listening to a project mommy made, right now I am doing power point presentations on farm animals. Then a craft, school in a nutshell for us and the boys love it.

Yesterday I did a power point on cows and then we glued spots on the cows. When Boo showed nana his cow she tells him nice cow and he tells her no Bull. I couldn't believe it he listened and learned something from me and used a new word. I have never had that kind of proud mama moment, but I hope there are many more to come.

Moosie is starting to crawl backwards, and she is justing army crawling forwarding. At any chance she gets she tries to stand up. I think she wants to walk. With Bug I could wait for him to start walking, with Boo I was a little more leary of him on the move, and the thought of Moosie walking down right terrifies me. Three walking, how will I kept up?

Moosie wants to be on the move

Here are some pics one of the kids and a pic of the pup
Moosie has almost perfected sitting, she is scooting, and wishes she was crawling. She can get up on her hands and knees at the same time but has no idea were to go from there. I am fine with that right now.

We went back to the peds for Boo and Moosie this past week. Boo weighs in at 26 lbs (two away from Bug and they are 18 mths apart.) He is going to be our little football player, he already has the tackle perfected. He isn't going to need any speech therapy, for now. But I do have to work with him on phonics, the sounds and letters type of stuff. Get him properly pronouncing.

Moosie weighed in at 14 lbs 10 oz, she is getting to be a big girl. She has chub, but it isn't really chub. She has some stock to her and she is growing fast. I think she might actually fit into 6-9 mths soon, well dresses at least. They get short on her fast, I think it is because she is long. All is good with her, hitting targets. She needs to stay on acid reflux meds, she spits up to much off of them.
